Your organisation needs to sign the Innovationsbündnis in order to become a member of BIOTEXTFUTURE. In this Innovationsbündnis, all members acknowledge the coordinating role of the Project Management Office (PMO). A Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is included in the Innovationsbündis and allows collaboration in a protected environment. The Innovationsbündnis does not replace a Consortium Contract required when collaborating in a funded project.

By signing the Innovationsbündnis all BIOTEXFUTURE members acknowledge that rights or obligations regarding individual collaborative projects arise solely on the basis of a separate, individual Consortium Contract, which must be negotiated and signed by all parties of the respective collaborative project. This Consortium Contract will cover, among other things, IP rights, publication rights and collaborations with third parties.
